Turnaround

We ATTEMPT to ship all orders within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.  If we need to materially deviate from that, we will notify you via email.

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

USPS   UPS   FedEx   DHL                    

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information via email or text. 

Rates

If you are ordering from a country outside the U.S. shipping is not included in the purchase price, but you are offered several shipping options from several carriers. The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on your location, and is a direct charge from the shipping entity.  We do not mark up shipping charges.  Before the final checkout page you will be shown the cost of shipping your order, and you may cancel your order at that time if you choose to do so.
